A sad news for all the Celine Dion fans: A report by CNN shows that Celine Dion has canceled her upcoming show, ‘Courage World Tour.’ This tour was all set to take place in 2024, but the singer decided to cancel the entire tour and also revealed that she would never tour again.
A close friend of Celine’s has said that the singer is going through a lot of pain and is presently undergoing physical therapy.
The best-selling Canadian recording artist, Celine Dion, announced on social media that she is working hard to build back her strength. Regarding the cancellation of her tour, she told her fans not to worry as she plans on returning to the stage. She is now focusing on her health; she will return to the location once she is completely healthy. She told her fans to know that she was not giving up.
Affected by Muscle Spasms
Muscle spasms are the reason for her losing the ability to perform on stage. Her treatment is ongoing, and the medical staff is there to evaluate and treat her. Thus, it has been concluded that she has been feeling a bit lost because of her symptoms, which prohibits her from practicing in the ongoing rehearsals for the new show.
Diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome
Earlier in December, Celine had postponed her shows as she was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome. It is a rare, progressive disorder that affects the functionality of the brain and spinal cord. The symptoms are stiff muscles, muscle spasms, and many more.
