Daniel Radcliffe, well known for playing Harry Potter, is working on a new movie. This documentary tells the story of David Holmes, his former stunt double, who suffered an injury while filming the Harry Potter films.
The title of the documentary is “David Holmes: The Boy Who Lived.” It will depict David’s narrative. A young gymnast, he performed stunts for the Harry Potter films. But he had a set mishap one day. He suffered a severe spinal injury in this accident and was unable to move his body.
The documentary will go into further detail regarding David’s life, including his struggles and upbringing. It will include videos from the past ten years of his life. Additionally, it will feature behind-the-scenes footage from his stunt work, interviews with David, Radcliffe, friends, family, and movie crew members, as well as information about his current life.
David Holmes was ecstatic to hear the news. “After four years of work, I can finally share the secret project I’ve been working on,” he declared. The title of it is “THE BOY WHO LIVED.” He enjoyed serving as Harry’s stunt double, but following his accident, a lot in his life altered. He spoke of the affection and encouragement he received from others.
During the Harry Potter films, Radcliffe and Holmes grew quite close. In 2020, they even launched the Cunning Stunts podcast. It was about the incredible stunt performers in Hollywood.
